How the ADOS works:
- The drum is clamped on the center of the roller conveyor.
- Using vision technology, the exact location of the drum locking mechanism is detected.
- A robotic arm equipped with scissors severs the barrel’s locking mechanism while another robot securely holds the lid in place.
- The lid + locking mechanism are discarded.
- The robots are ready for the new drum
